Rolf Helberg jr. is the visionary founder and CEO of Home2Live™, a global initiative that merges affordable housing, clean energy, and local food production into scalable, modular ecosystems. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, construction, and entrepreneurship — and nearly 30 years since founding his first company — Rolf brings deep leadership expertise and a relentless focus on innovation.

A former officer in the Norwegian Army, Rolf is a skilled strategist and team builder. He has led multiple companies as CEO and investor, and today focuses on sustainable building systems that are practical, resilient, and globally scalable.

Rolf’s international background, including time living and working in Spain and Bahrain, complements his Italian–Norwegian heritage and multilingual fluency (nine languages). He holds a degree in marketing and has led projects across the Nordics, Europe, and the Middle East.

Through Fleximent™, his patented lightweight composite system, Rolf is now expanding into high-rise developments and marine architecture — including cruise ships and yachts — using recyclable materials engineered for long life and high performance.

Passionate about circular economy, adaptive urban design, and infrastructure for emerging markets, Rolf regularly speaks on sustainable innovation and the future of housing, energy, and food systems.

Trude Helberg

Trude Helberg – Co-Founder | Attorney at Law, Entrepreneur & Visionary Business Leader

Trude Helberg is a Norwegian attorney, entrepreneur, and public speaker with nearly two decades of experience in building, advising, and leading businesses. She holds a Candidate of Law degree (internationally recognized as a Master of Law) from the University of Oslo, and has completed B2-level Spanish studies at the University of Málaga, Spain.

Trude is a partner and practicing attorney at Law.no, one of Norway’s most forward-thinking digital law firms — awarded Most Innovative Digital Law Firm in Norway in 2024. Her legal focus spans business, contract, and real estate law, and she is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.

Trude’s professional background bridges law, public administration, politics, and international entrepreneurship. She brings strategic insight and legal clarity to every initiative, underpinned by a strong commitment to social responsibility, innovation, and sustainable development.

With business experience across all continents, Trude spent over four years living and working in Spain with her husband and business partner, Rolf Helberg, concentrating on real estate investment and development. Together, they co-founded Home2Live™ — a global concept uniting affordable housing, clean energy, and local food production into scalable, community-driven infrastructure systems.

As a legal strategist and visionary leader, Trude is dedicated to making the Home2Live™ model accessible worldwide — empowering communities through smart, resilient, and sustainable living solutions.
